No Dashboards – Just the Facts
San Ramon, CA – July 23, 2013 — eQuest today announced that has completed a major upgrade to its user interface as part of its 3.0 Big Data rollout. The upgrade is designed to attach and tap into eQuest’s massive database of job performance analytical statistics which will enable user’s quick and concise Internet job post advertising recommendations without the need to interpret large sets of dashboard data.
eQuest presently holds over one billion pieces of job posting candidate performance data. eQuest leverages this data to assist their customers with key advertising trending that ultimately predicts more effective advertising models for the future.
Its first feature upgrade (which was placed into production last week) is a predictive analytical tool that can analyze a job prior to being posted and pinpoint the best day of the week to deliver the job to each unique career site the user selects. Called Post-Scheduler, it takes into account when the highest level of candidate traffic and responses are received for similar job titles, job functions, skills and location – at each job board. A simple click of an online calendar will deliver the job at the optimized moment. eQuest has confirmed that when utilizing Post-Scheduler companies are receiving an uptick in candidate view and response rates by as much as 20%.
