January 5, 2015 – San Ramon, CA – eQuest has launched a new telephone hotline to receive and respond to questions from its compliance customers as they pertain to Section 503 and VEVRAA.
The hotline can provide information about VEVRAA hiring benchmarks, mandatory job listings, data collection, coverage and waivers and good faith efforts beyond posting requirements, to name a few. Staff can answer urgent questions and provide referrals if necessary for questions outside the scope of the service.
Hundreds of Federal contractors rely on eQuest to provide audit ready services in and around the job distribution compliance and the hotline provides another layer of its commitment to making sure its customers remain within the parameters of the guidelines set forth by the OFCCP.
The hotline is available on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time Zone. To access the hotline callers must be eQuest Compliance customers.
